Cash on delivery (C.O.D.)
Usually the carrier will surcharge a "delivery fee" of roughly 2,- Euro. This is to be paid in full, in addition to the invoice total, directly to the carrier at your door. The "delivery fee" varies from carrier to carrier.
Exceeding weight limits per package
Each carrier has a maximum package weight allowance (generally 31.5 kg). Anything that exceeds this weight allowance will call for more than one package. The corresponding shipping and handling fees will be inserted automatically into your order process form. You may calculate your fees in advance by dividing your total shipment weight (will be displayed in your cart) by 31.5 and then rounding the result up. This gives you the amount of packages your shipment will require. Now you divide the total weight by the amount of packages and you will have your weight per package. Items with special measurements
Delivery fees listed here are meant for items that, due to weight, can be shipped with standard carriers. Additionally, we also offer items that, due to weight and bulky nature, may only be shipped with special transporters. The fees that incur hereof are stated specifically in each product description.
