SEPA Payment
SEPA Bank Transfers all over Europe and Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland: Simple, Safe and Very Cheap!
SEPA saves you money on all payment transactions within Europe. As a bank or Thrift Institute customer, a SEPA transfer costs you no more than your regular domestic transfer fees, instead of the greater international amounts.
SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) stands for the united payment transaction area for the Euro in the European Union, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. (Table and Map of all countries depicted below).All payment transactions are treated as domestic transfers and are no longer separated in national or international payments. As of January 28th, more than 4000 banks in 31 European states are SEPA accessible. We strongly suggest using this form of payment.
Please hand print or electronically fill out the Payment Transfer slip carefully and accurately. The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and the Bank Identification Code (BIC) are very long numbers. Please pay careful attention to these and all other numeric codes (double check and correct them if necessary) because banks no longer orientate payment transactions by the beneficiary's name when using SEPA bank transfers.
SEPA payments are liquidated in Euro only.
SEPA bank transfers require the following information:
1. In this field, you print in the receiver of the payment.
2. "SAMPLE-IBAN"
The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of the beneficiary must be printed in wholly. The IBAN always starts with a two-lettered Country Code. You will receive the actual account data with our order-confirmation at a later time point.
3. "SAMPLE"-BIC / SWIFT
In addition to the IBAN, you must also insert the BIC/SWIFT code from the beneficiary’s' institute. This is the banks' international routing or identification code. You will receive the actual account data with our order-confirmation at a later time point.
4. You can transfer up to 50,000.00 EUR.
(Please note that bank transfers, including SEPA bank transfers, exceeding an amount of 12,500.00 Euro may or may not fall under obligation to be reported, in accordance to the Foreign Trade Regulations.)
5. Please insert your own IBAN here. Your IBAN can be found in your latest bank statement or can be inquired at your local bank or thrift institution.
6. These bank transfer forms are entered and read electronically. Signatures and/or company stamps may not touch or reach the coloured midsection to avoid any mishaps or interference during the mechanical document entry process.
