In the shop

The product search field is located on the top of every SimplyBIG page throughout the shop. The simple search method: enter the item name or number, press the arrow button or thebutton on your keyboard. This option searches for results in item names, numbers, descriptions and manufacturers.

If you want to end you purchase after placing your item of choice in the shopping cart, please click on the "shopping cart" button. There you may check if all of the items you wish to purchase are displayed. You may also remove all items that you do not wish to purchase.

Shipping fees will be added on the following page, depending on what method of delivery you choose. Either you have a customer account, or you don't.
If you already have a customer account but you have not yet logged in, a page asking you to „Please sign in“ will appear, asking you to enter your email address and your password, verifying that “I am already a customer”.
If you are shopping here for the first time and do not have a customer account, you will be asked to enter your contact data on the „Customer Account Information“ page, „I am a new customer“. Your data is treated with the utmost security and we guarantee that in our Data Security Notice. You may also opt to open a temporary account, which will be deleted after your order has been placed. This means that you will not be able to log in to this account again.
Your shopping cart will be displayed once again with the heading, “Your shopping cart contains…“ (see above).
Online Gift Card
If you have an online gift card, you may redeem it by entering the gift card number in the appropriate field. Upon entry, the amount will be subtracted from your grand total. You may now push the “Check Out” button to continue.

The last page of the order process form gives you the opportunity to recheck all data and correct as needed. Please check everything carefully, prior to sending your order off. Using the (modify) links for specific data (shipping address, billing address, shipping method, payment option, item) gives you the chance to go back and correct any information, as needed.

As soon as your goods have been given to the carrier, you will receive a departure confirmation. Usually you will also receive a tracking number with this mail, depending on the transporter, so that you may follow your delivery online.

Yes. You must register yourself and open a temporary account. It is mandatory for order processing that you enter all your data, upon selecting your purchase goods.

You may purchase SimplyBIG gift cards just like any of our other items, any time they are available. This varies between seasons. After you have purchased and paid a gift card, it will be activated and the credit amount displayed underneath your shopping cart. Now you may opt to send your gift card, partially or wholly, via email by clicking on the “send gift card” link.
How do I send my gift card?
To send your gift card, please click on the link “send gift card”, which can be found in your shopping cart. All we will need from you is the name and valid email address of the recipient and the amount you would like to send. You do not have to send the full amount, partial sums work just as well. Then you may leave the recipient a short note and off it goes! You are about to make someones day! Please go back and check all your information before clicking on the „send“ button, where you may, if necessary, correct any information.
May I shop with SimplyBIG gift cards?
Of course! Whenever you have a credit balance you may easily use this to pay to your purchase. You may opt to use your entire balance, or only a part of it. Incase you don’t have enough credit to pay the purchase price in full, just pay the rest using one of our payment options. If you have more credit than order value, the rest will be saved for your next order.

You may order items, even if they are currently out of stock or are being sent at a later date. You will receive an email stating an approximate delivery date, to give
you a fairly good idea of when shipment to you can be expected.
We apologize but we do not have a gift-wrap service at this time.
If you would like to pay using your credit card, we will need your credit card number, expiration date and the CVN (Card Verification Number). The CVN is a three-digit
number that can be found on the back of your credit card, which also ensures payment security when shopping online. If you are paying with debit, we will need the name
and address of your bank, the account number, the account holders name and the bank routing number.
After your order has been completed, you can no longer go back and changed the quantities. You may contact us however and change or cancel this purchase, if the order process is not too far along. Depending on order progress, we will try to find a solution that works for everyone.
Regrettably, this happens sometimes. Free mail services (i.e. GMX, Gmail, and Yahoo) have probably sorted our mails into your spam folder. Please check this folder.

Delivery is currently available in many countries throughout the world. It is all a matter of shipping fees, payment method, tolls and fees outside the EU and the special processing. If you are not certain, please do not hesitate to ask.

The carrier usually surcharges a certain „conveyance fee“ right on your doorstep. This is usually no higher than 2,- Euro. This rate varies between carriers.
Orders placed online on weekends will usually be processed on the following weekday. Items that are in stock are delivered a few days later (within Germany) or as stated
in the item details/sales confirmation. Other countries may be subject to delivery times of up to a few weeks. Details are always stated in the sales confirmation email.
If you have received merchandise that you did not order, just send it back to our given return address. You may request a free postage sticker or have the merchandise
picked up at your door. Please inform us in advance.
Regrettably, delays do happen. Delays can occur if, for example, the manufacturers, due to an extreme supply demand, are having delivery delays themselves. Please contact us, to find out exactly what is going on, and to receive more information about availability of the item in question.
In the event that, in spite of our meticulous controls, delivery mistakes are made, we ask you to contact us right away. We will need the invoice or order number.
